Ready to take laundry off your to-do list? Simply send us a text, give us a call, or email us to request laundry service. Let us know whether you’re interested in pickup and delivery or would prefer to drop off your laundry.
Contact The Laundry FairyWe’ll discuss your laundry needs, confirm availability, and arrange a convenient pickup or drop-off time. We’ll also go over your selected service, turnaround time, and any applicable transportation fees.
Once your service is confirmed, we’ll send you a simple Laundry Preferences Form. This helps us understand how you like your laundry washed, dried, and handled.
Please complete your Laundry Preferences Form before your scheduled service. We’ll review your requests and confirm any special care arrangements.
Have your laundry ready at your confirmed pickup or drop-off time. We’ll take care of the washing, drying, and folding so you can enjoy more free time.

Need your laundry back sooner? Ask about our express laundry service when contacting us.
Express service is subject to availability and must be confirmed before your appointment is accepted. Turnaround times begin at the confirmed pickup or drop-off time and account for our closed days (Sundays and Tuesdays).
Payment
Your laundry is weighed when it’s received, and we’ll let you know your total. Payment is required before completed laundry is released or delivered.

Yes! After your service is confirmed, we'll privately send you our Google Laundry Preferences Form so we know how you like your laundry handled.
Yes! Pickup and delivery are available for $10 within 0–10 miles and $20 within 11–20 miles. Locations 21 miles or farther away require a custom quote.
Absolutely! Scheduled drop-off and pickup are available without an additional transportation fee.
Our standard turnaround is approximately 48 hours. Express 24-hour service may be available for an additional $20.
Standard wash, dry, and fold service is $2.00 per pound. Weekly Laundry Club service is $1.75 per pound. All laundry orders have a $35 minimum.
