Skipping a Week
Customers may skip a scheduled week by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring service with at least 24 hours’ notice before their next scheduled appointment.
Pickup & Delivery
Additional transportation fees apply based on distance.
Standard Turnaround
Approximately 48 hours, coordinated around operating days and appointment availability.
Express Service
Approximately 24-hour turnaround may be available for an additional $20, subject to availability and operating days.
Keeping Your Weekly Spot
To keep our Weekly Laundry Club running smoothly, customers who miss or skip two consecutive weeks will have their reserved weekly service spot released.
Once your spot is released, you will no longer qualify for the discounted $1.75 per pound Weekly Laundry Club rate.
Any future laundry orders will be charged at our standard rate of $2.00 per pound unless you rejoin the Weekly Laundry Club, subject to availability.
We understand that schedules change! If you’d like to resume weekly service, simply contact us to check availability.

Are you open on Sundays or Tuesdays?
No. The Laundry Fairy is closed on Sundays and Tuesdays.
Will I have the same pickup day every week?
Once your recurring weekly service day is confirmed, we'll plan your laundry service around that day each week, subject to any agreed scheduling changes.
Can I skip a week?
Absolutely! Just provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please remember that missing or skipping two consecutive weeks will result in your reserved Weekly Laundry Club spot being released.
What happens if I miss two consecutive weeks?
Your reserved weekly spot will be released, and future orders will be charged at the standard $2.00/lb rate unless you rejoin the Weekly Laundry Club, subject to availability.
Can I rejoin the Weekly Laundry Club?
Yes! Contact us to check availability and arrange a new recurring weekly service appointment.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Every Weekly Laundry Club order has a $35 minimum laundry charge.
