Every commercial order has a minimum laundry charge of $45, regardless of weight. This applies to both one-time and recurring commercial customers. It is a dollar amount, not a minimum weight.

Charge = the greater of $45 or rate × pounds. Applicable mileage fees and separately quoted specialty items are additional.
Pickup & Delivery
Free within 15 miles
- Free pickup and return delivery within 15 miles for qualifying orders.
- Beyond 15 miles, pickup and delivery starts at $15 depending on mileage.
- Any applicable transportation fee is confirmed before scheduling.
- High-volume accounts may use custom transportation arrangements, quoted and agreed in advance.
Turnaround & Scheduling
48-hour standard turnaround
- Subject to order volume, operating days, and capacity.
- Commercial express requests are quoted and confirmed individually.
- No pickup, processing, or delivery appointments on Tuesdays or Sundays.
- Recurring customers may schedule pickups according to availability.
Bulky Bedding & Specialty Items
Comforters, duvets, oversized blankets, and other bulky bedding require a separate quote and are excluded from standard commercial per-pound pricing. Commercial specialty items may require individual approval.
